Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
If you wish to cancel your order after payment but before the item is shipped or the service has started, please contact us as soon as possible via email at corephonetrading@gmail.com or call us at 017-3574103.
Once the order has been shipped or the service has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund or may not be accepted.
2. Cancellation Fees or Deductions
Orders cancelled before shipment or service commencement are usually fully refundable.
If the order has already been shipped or the service has started, a processing fee or cost deduction may apply.
For example, if the item has left our warehouse but not yet been delivered, delivery fees may be deducted. If the service has partially started, a proportional charge may be applied.
3. Refund Process
Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be returned via your original payment method. Delays caused by banks or payment platforms are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking the process.
If you prefer to exchange your cancelled order for another product or service, please place a new order.
4. Non-Cancellable or Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are non-cancellable once processing has begun.
Digital goods, virtual items, or services that have already been delivered or used are non-refundable.
Orders that have exceeded the cancellation window (e.g., after shipping or service commencement) are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
5. Order or Service Changes
You may request to modify your order before shipment or service commencement by contacting us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
Once an order has shipped or a service has started, any changes will be handled through our Return or Exchange Policy (if applicable).
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver products and services promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
This policy applies only to orders made directly through corephone2u.com. For purchases through third-party platforms, please refer to their respective policies.
